Consistently long wait times and when you’re finally seen, your medication is typically not ready when you arrive. I’ve had to go home multiple times with a sick kid because the medication would take an hour and a half to prepare. The last time I went with my sick baby, I was told it would take another 30 minutes. As soon as I arrived home, I get a text message that it was ready. I will be going somewhere else despite the fact that it’s only 5 minutes from where I live

So busy and disorganized. My meds have been lost a few times and other times they've missed updates from my Dr and not filled based on that. Kind staff but overworked and need more people.

Horrible pharmacy they won't even acknowledge you if you are waiting for them to come to the customer service window.
