I had an emergency on a Saturday night due to a bad venipuncture in my left arm. I had never been to this Urgent Care before this moment. I had only driven by it and my friend recommended us going here rather than the ER. I was immediately impressed stepping inside because the place is beautifully done. There are historic murals in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm glad I went to this Urgent Care rather than waiting in line for a hospital emergency room visit. The doctor who saw me is an ER doctor and therefore is familiar with all scenarios. I really just needed a doctor to take a look at what was happening to my arm because I had never experienced anything like it before and it was actually very frightening. Rewriting review: Staff is friendly and the lab work they did was really good. I did not feel any pain. However, the front desk staff failed to inform me of all costs. First, they ran my insurance for my visit (not labs) and told me I was covered with no payment. Then two weeks later, I get a bill via email in which my insurance did not pay for anything. During the visit, they made it seem like I had zero cost therefore I proceeded with care. I would not have proceeded with care if I knew I had to pay $190 for office visit. But that is partially on me for not knowing my insurance Second, they failed to inform me that there might be additional charges for labs on top of what I paid for already in person. So I would gladly like to say that I would highly recommend Dr. Bryan Nichols and his friendly staff member Veronica! It's really hard to find good providers who just care about patients and not always out for money but this Dr. went above and beyond and I told him I felt my son had a bad ear infection and didn't realize the one facility had actually been shut down to most of the public but he was able to have us seen and did not hesitate due to the pain my son was in with his head and ears. He had his wonderful staff member assist with charting and the Dr even weighed my son his self! Everyone is SO friendly and SO amazing with kids. Every room has stickers and lollipops and beautiful wall art. Super comfortable and cozy, doesn't feel like an urgent care AT ALL. My kids love it there.

Went here earlier february for an infection in my gum told the doctor i was allergic to penicillin as a child and he gave me azithromyacin. Just an hour later my face was swelling up which eventually led to my whole face being swollen and my eye becoming swollen as well followed by shortness of breath and blurry vision. I also was told during my visit that i “made his life harder” because he had to find alternate medication to penicillin just for me to have an allergic reaction anyways. Thankfully i went to the emergency room and got the correct medication and the swelling went down almost immediately.
