Walgreens Pharmacy

I find the Walgreens location at 4020 Jog road, slow, rude, and frankly always skeptical of filling any narcotic prescribed by my doctor. They just won't fill certain medications until you call them. They put certain medications in a file until you call them to request it to be filled. Fill the damn medications from any doctor that prescribed them. I'm so frustrated that a pharmacy thinks they have to right to control of MY body of its needs.

Don’t waste your time with this pharmacy . The Pharmacist with brown Curley hair is one of the nastiest and most unhelpful people I’ve ever come across in my life . You’re suppose to be helping people, not make us feel like we’re doing something wrong when we’re not . Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever received from this particular pharmacist..

Girl in the drive through - total witch . My son’s first time filling a script and she is whining cause she has to reprocess the script . Tried to explain my son told me he went elsewhere and I didn’t know he came here - and her response was well I’m not gonna rush it this time . Nasty attitude . I hope she is a patient at where I work or her family is one day so I can pay back her “kindness” btw skinny girl long brown hair with glasses . He just finish having two wisdom teeth pulled . She should just shut up and do her job .

I had a pleasant experience transferring my prescription to this Walgreens. I unfortunately had it sent to CVS and tried the lantana and jog Walgreens to see if they could transfer there but the lady on the phone was so rude and told me to call CVS and have them plan it out which was not helpful because the cvs told me to reach out to Walgreens. I instead did the online ordering form on the Walgreens website to this pharmacy and was pleasant to have my prescription in their pharmacy within two days. This feature was awesome and the staff when I called to confirm had everything on time. Pick up was smooth even at 10pm. Additionally my prescription was free compared to cvs prices!

Save your self a number of nasty headaches and avoid this place. The staff is some of the most incompetent people I have ever come across. They had my prescription for over two weeks and never called me. Said they never received it so and call my Dr and make sure it was sent successfully. When I called my doctors office to find out what was going on they said it was sent out the day of my appointment. Even sent me the confirmation. I called this location (whom I have picked up from before) they say that they didn’t fill it because the home address that’s on my license compared to what is on my license is different to what my doctor sent. I asked what needed to be done and she said she could send a fax informing the Drs office of the mistake. 2 weeks. 2 weeks they had this info and did no
