I have had hip pain for the past 8 years, but lately it has gotten much worse. My dr recommended physical therapy first. I had been going to a different physical therapy place, and they were killing me. My husband found Gemma Banez on an internet search, based on her 5-star reviews, and I switched to her. I would give Gemma Banez 10 stars if I could. She knows what she is doing, and combines exercise, physical manipulation with her hands, latest treatments (Tens, infrared, ultrasound), and appropriate heat or cold treatment. After 5 appointments I am so much better. Add to that, she has a warm and caring personality, and promotes a friendly atmosphere in the office. Gemma Banez is the best.

Her name is so fitting as she is a Gem I was in pain for over a month with my shoulder , taking pills for temporary relief. I finally went to Gemma in 2 days I was able to raise my arm over my head . It’s all in her majic fingers and hands . She us truly a Gem thank you Miss Gemma

Gemma Banez Physical Therapy is the best PT I’ve ever had. Gemma does it all: exercise machines, massage, stimulation, laser,heat, ice and exercises to do on my own.I practically crawled in to Gemma the first time. She cured my back and hip in just a few weeks.
