Walgreens Pharmacy

The Walgreens pharmacy at this location works so very hard every minute of their day, and show compassion to chronically ill clients that is greatly appreciated!

The pharmacy just ignores you. I had to sign up at the kiosk 2-3 times and they never texted me. They just ignore you if you don't use the kiosk. I'll never be coming here again.

Great pharmacy team. Joanna went above and beyond! It was busy, but the line kept moving. Make sure to use the check - in kiosk.

I use this pharmacy monthly and when we’re sick. The staff is amazing and always helpful EXCEPT PHILIP. Philip is always rude and has an attitude. If they don’t have it. They don’t have it. He will say they can order it if needed but acts like it will take him an hour to submit that request. I always thought maybe he was just rude to me but a coworker said she stopped using this pharmacy because of him. I’ve even seen him being rude to his coworkers. Normally I don’t complain and I would just use another place but I think Walgreens needs to know so they can correct his behavior. Belittling coworkers in front of customers in unacceptable.

One of their staff yesterday told me that they would deliver my meds within 2 hours through Door dash. I was glad because I could take my meds soon since I was in extreme pain and I could hardly stand up and walk. However after 3 hours, I still had not received my meds. So I called them and they told me that they sent it through FedEx instead which will be delivered the following day. They didn’t even inform me prior to changing from Door dash to FedEx that was from 2 hours to one day waiting period. I could have asked someone to pick it up for me or change pharmacy. I was frustrated because I was on extreme pain that I needed my meds sooner. They didn’t even give me the tracking number unless I asked them to.
