I had a great experience at this dental office. The entire team is professional, organized, and genuinely cares about their patients. The office is spotless, modern, and runs on time — which already sets them apart. Dr. Sasha is excellent. Very knowledgeable, confident, and explains everything clearly before doing any work. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. Calm, precise, and focused — she makes even stressful procedures feel manageable. Nika at the front desk is just as impressive. Friendly, efficient, and completely on top of scheduling and insurance. Everything is handled smoothly, and you feel welcome the second you walk in. I was humbled by the friendly and welcoming staff! Enjoyed the safe, clean, and uplifting environment that was important for me as a patient! And experienced receiving comprehensove dental health education and professional treatment that was exceeding my expectations! Dr. Sasha spent quality time addressing questions I had left unchecked for several decades. Oh, and the advanced technology used for patients' care was impressive to say the least.

So welcoming and friendly, efficient and skilled. From the great receptionist to the X-ray staff, hygienist and of course the Dentist herself. She explained each procedure and really really listened to each question and concern. For the 1st time, I look forward to my next Dentist visit!

My dentist that I went to for many years retired. I met Dr Sasha when she was handing out cards to collect left over candy after Halloween that she would send to our troops over seas . I had a chance to speak with her and really liked her . I went in for my first appointment today and could not be happier. The office was very nice and the staff extremely pleasant . I will definitely be a new patient .

Dr. Sascha is amazing! I brought my daughter for a second opinion for some cavities that were diagnosed with AI. Dr. Sascha saved her teeth from unnecessary fillings and taught us both proper flossing techniques. Her office staff is also attentive and thoughtful. Refine Dental has my highest approval!
