Walgreens Pharmacy

My local pharmacy was out of my prescription but they told me the Walgreens on Baltimore Pike does have it. So I drive 20 minutes to get the prescription. When I get there, there are 3 ladies behind the desk chatting about a prescription for some other woman (they were using her name) and how she didn't want to pick it up. Finally one woman recognized my existence and asked if I had a question. I stated I was here to pickup a script. She points over to the girl at the computer and says I need to go over there. They do not have any signs up like Pickup or Drop Off, or Consultation, so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that was the pickup lane. Then I tell the lady my name and the pharmacist says Oh, I tried to call you but your prescription was recalled and we don't have it. I

They are too busy to call you if your insurance doesn’t go through before arriving for flu shot so you can’t prepare but they have no problem wasting 30+ mins of your time once you get there trying to get your insurance to go through (which I’ve used there before). Eventually just said forget it I’ll go somewhere else.

Great service! Staff will assist in finding whatever is needed. Pharmacy staff is willing to contact doctor should a conflict in medications arise.

for a small drugstore-very well stocked! Pharmacy is excellent! Friendly pharmacy staff and helpful!
