As usual the experience was wonderful. Chantal and team spend the time to listen and perform a thorough examination. We have been going here for over 15 years and will continue to come back.

You’re greeted by a literal STOP sign, telling you to take a seat and they’ll check you in when they’re ready. I obeyed the STOP sign and sat down. The patient that came in behind me went right to the window, he was politely checked in, as was the lady behind him. I got in line in so I could be checked in and when it was finally my turn I was told to take and seat and she’d be with me. Worst experience at check in ever!

Excellent, kind, responsive, caring staff. CRNP Chantel Mozel is knowledgeable, thoughtful, wise, thorough, and answered all of my questions completely. She did not rush me out, despite my appointment being the last one on a Fri afternoon of a long weekend. I highly recommend Rencic Dermatology.

First visit with Dr Mozal was great! She is so nice, I immediately felt comfortable with her. She addressed all my concerns, and was very thorough. She is so pleasant & professional. Ava was sweet and very efficient as well.

There was some confusion over my appointment time but they saw me anyway. The nurse looked at the skin concern on my forehead and brought the PA in to assess. The PA identified the condition and promptly removed it with no pain.
