Walgreens Pharmacy

Used to be decent but has gone seriously downhill in the recent months. Complains about insurance issue with my prescriptions and then just cancels without warning, despite my insurance never getting a single claim from them. Will be transferring all my prescriptions to Costco from now on.

I am considering going to a different pharmacy even though I’ve been coming to this one for the last 15 years. The voicemail system is absolutely horrible on here. There should be a direct phone line to the pharmacy. You have to go through a million prompts to get through the pharmacist. Just after going through all these different voice mail prompts which took entirely too long, I sat on hold for the pharmacist for about 10 minutes before it disconnected me. I sincerely hope you change the voicemail system or I will be switching Pharmacies.

Came here to get COVID-19 bivalent booster. Appointment was for 6.15 but I'm still here at 7.10. Very long line at pharmacy counter with only one person staffing it for all purposes. (Vaccines, prescription pickups, etc.) I filled out paperwork ahead of time online and then had to do it again here at the store. They told me it didn't come through.

Overall well below par. They never answer the phone when you call, every time they only partially fill our prescriptions, and it is nearly always a huge wait.

Alot better then Giant pharmacy, the staff do not judge, unfortunately that's what you deal with picking up medical supplies with out questions meaning to demonstrate how one could benefit from putting people down
