Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff clearly lack customer service training and professionalism—my prescription was cancelled without any notification. The experience was unacceptable. I'm moving all my prescriptions to Costco, where service is professional and customers are respected. (Fun fact: Costco is thriving. How’s Walgreens doing?)

The pharmacist Tim Is not polite or shows empathy to patients that are dealing with illness and have simple questions Because he cannot read what was written on a prescription piece of paper, but I could and was trying to help him so that I could get my medication. I was very kind and understanding, and was trying to figure it out with him. He knew what was written on the prescription but wanted to play semantics with me about it. He fills prescriptions every single day and this is what he does for a job. There’s no reality where he could convince me he did not know what was written on that piece of paper when I could, and it’s not even my profession.I canceled my prescriptions at his request .He told me to take them somewhere else and had them resent to a different Walgreens. Pharmacy - We went to get our COVID Vaccinations this morning. We had made our appointments online and filled out the paper work ahead. When we got waited on, we were told the paper work we filed out wasn't adequate. We had to scan the QR code and complete the application using our smart phone. This is not something we often do. When I stated we didn't want to use our smart phone to check in, the pharmacist said, then we couldn't get vaccinated. When I challenged the pharmacist, he stated, "it's their business plan". After about 30 minutes of working on the smart phones with the technicians help, we gave up and left. We’ll be taking our prescription business somewhere else.

Very unprofessional and careless in their work. I brought my prescription at 11:00 AM and was told it would be ready between 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM. I didn’t receive any message, so I came back at 3:00 PM, waited in line for 25 minutes, and my order still wasn’t ready! I spent half the day without medicine for my child! On top of that, they split my order into two parts and told me I had to come back the next day again.

Nice store Friendly staff But same stuff cheaper at Wal Mart . Close to house Construction going on no u turns anymore
