Walgreens Pharmacy

I’m not sure of all the negativity of these posts to be honest. I’m sure everyone has different experiences. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for well over 20 years- since Sierra Lakes community opened. I also recently recovered from Cancer using this pharmacy. They talked to me about the meds I was using, was always available for consultation and were kind which has been the overall experience I’ve had over the years. Professionalism from both pharmacy and techs doing their best with the HUGE cli and tell they have is always apparent. Definitely don’t be in a rush coming for pick up and, enroll for the text when medication is ready- this is significantly helpful as well .

If it was possible to give zero that’s exactly what they would get. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If you call expect to be put on hold for over an hour and expect at least three hang ups during that time. They could not care less about people. Rude and terrible is the best way to describe them. If you don’t mind waiting 4-5 days after your refill date then go ahead. But they don’t keep anything in stock and everything has to be ordered but they will not order it until one day past your refill date. Trust me go anywhere else but here.

The worst pharmacy!! Keeps you in hold FOREVER!! Drive through is so messed up, takes your forever!! And it's like they don't care. Hey Walgreens! Get some more frickin people!! You guys are terrible!!! And you guys SUCK!!! Worthless place!! All these terrible 1 star reviews and you'd figure they would do something about it!! THEY DON'T CARE!!

Should have read reviews before dealing with them. On hold for almost a half hour before I could talk to anyone. Then they knew nothing.

Had a very frustrating and unfortunate experience today at the pharmacy drive through. Waited in the line of cars for almost an hour since the Walgreens system said that our urgent care prescriptions would be ready before closing. We really needed them tonight, or we wouldn't have waited all that time. Finally got to the window and were told to come back tomorrow. While trying to discuss the situation with the guy who was helping us, they started closing up and refused to acknowledge that we were still there. A pharmacy tech named Shaunte came over and was extremely rude - very dismissive, then aggressive, then ignoring us even when she was at the window and we were trying to talk to her. Is it not possible to have a conversation? I'm not sure what kind of day she was having but she was co
