Walgreens Pharmacy

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. If you have to use Walgreens nearby, call it into the Bowles Ave or Gravois Bluff locations. Trying to save you from unneeded frustration and time

Literally the rudest pharmacist I have ever met, younger man who closed early. I get to the drive up before close and he yells at me that they're closed (with everything still open) and shoves a receipt at the window saying "no sir it's 9 o'clock" when it wasn't. I get if you're closed but be a decent human and talk to me respectfully. I hope he steps on a lego.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Staff is friendly but lately I’ve had to babysit my prescriptions. Constantly calling and asking for updates. One item wasn’t refilled in time and after I followed up twice it was magically waiting for me. Now I have more back order items and no one ever knows anything. I logged into the app today and my back order prescription wasn’t even being processed. It needed to be submitted AGAIN!!! WHAT IS GOING ON?!? It’s quicker to drive up there than get someone on the phone. It’s so frustrating. I think it’s finally time to switch.

The pharmacy staff are the best that I've encountered. They were extremely professional and very kind to everyone. They are very patient with the full process of prescriptions. To me, it doesn't matter how long it takes to get it, as long as I got my product, that's the most important thing. Great job to the staff! Big props to you!

Don't ever go to this one. They take way to long even after their stuff sent out that yours is ready. I was waiting at least 2 hours.
