I knew when I walked in for the first time here and I hit the sign in sheet, there was like 10 other people with 7:20 in the morning appointments. I'm going, oh God, I'm not gonna get the care I need here and I didn't. The doctor ushered me out of that room as fast as she could. Talked to me for maybe five minutes. Didn't ask me how I was feeling, what's going on with me. And I know, insurance companies are wanting to charge for everything now that you speak of and maybe she didn't want to do all the work involved with it. Very impersonable experience. I grew up seeing an actual family Doctor. I miss it. This is not it. Unified free Healthcare for all.
Abby was great! She believed what I was saying and helped me walk through next steps of how to figure out what is going on. I was anxious going in but glad she was able to help me through my issues.
My online visit was easy and convenient. The website is user friendly. Abby was attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me a treatment plan. A very satisfying experience.
I rarely have to wait beyond my appointment time, and labs are right across the lobby. Abby is an excellent nurse practitioner and has provided thoughtful care to me on multiple occasions.
Abby is a wonderful thorough provider. I'm so glad I found her. Thank you!
