Walgreens Pharmacy

I always receive great service from the team at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to fill my prescriptions, especially my diabetes medication because it can also be used for weight loss.

All Walgreens are awful, but this one is even more so. Always out of medications. Horrible app that doesn't let you check status of certain Rxs without calling and being stuck on hold. This one has sunk to a new low... they've started keeping their drive-thru closed during regular business hours with a note in the window saying to come inside because they are too short staffed to run the drive thru. This was the case last week, when we got 2" of snow and ice, and I got to join allnof the sick and elderly folks having to bundle up, park, navigate across the ice to come inside to ask for my Rx THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON... AGAIN. Sometimes there is no note in the window and the drive-thru curtain is just closed. And this isn't even counting their lunchbreak when they are also close

What does it take for you guys to answer the phone... 🥲 since I've lived in farmersville and before you changed the name of the pharmacy they NEVER answer the phone and they are rude at the window. 🙃

Don’t make appointments here for vaccines. They’ll approve your appointment but not check to see if you have it in stock. Total waste of time. So they did 0 prep work before we even arrived. Took them 20 minutes after we checked in to even figure it out.
