1 star Failed to diagnose a bacterial infection called Pemphigus never tried to swab and use microscope to see what's wrong It was bacterial and yeast infection my dog has been in agony taking pain pills. Now after new diagnose it better under controll with antibiotics and steroids Also one of the technicians put the Ear pointed tip of ear solution in my dogs ear to far my boy cried loud now he can barely hear only loud whistle Failed ear treatment resulting 90%of hearing loss this has been 3months of my baby dealing with this and for ever hearing loss and the never told me this hearing loss could happen I never signed any paper stating this could happen

Was referred by friends. I found everyone helpful and friendly. It was obvious that every person working there loved their job and was reflected in the handling of our pets. Thank You All Heart Veterinary!

Stayed on hold for over 6min, nobody checked back in with me they just expect for people to continue to stay on hold like there isn't any other vet clinics. Im sure once you get an appt set I'm willing to bet you wait and wait to be seen.

I understand places close but when you go in at 4:45 p.m. and they don't close till 6:00 and still don't have time for you or your dog this is a place I will never visit or try again. More worried about making sure they leave when they close in an hour and 15 minutes then taking a client. Told me to go to one of the other clinics or to a 24-hour clinic. What happened to customer service in this world I thought moved out to the country with be a lot better. I was wrong
