Walgreens Pharmacy

Horrible pharmacy. I've been trying to get my RX for days now. First it wasn't filled until the following day about 24 hours after it was sent in. Then I went to get it only to find a line of at least 20 people insode the store and the drive through closed. They shortened their hours and are also closed on Sunday. So I went the next available day which Monday and found the drive thru closed yet again with another equally long line inside. RIDICULOUS. Im going to change my pharmacy to somewhere else. Don't waste your time here!

This is the most incompetent and least professional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every single time I utilize them, there are serious issues and zero attempts to be helpful in resolving them. I have given them the benefit of the doubt at least six times now i'm making excuses for them... But at this point I'm the idiot if I don't accept that this place is awful and needs to be put under brand new managements and have an entire staff replacement. They're constantly unable to find the prescriptions in their system. They constantly have no pharmacist on staff and are shutdown for the day. Their wait times both in person and on the phone are absurd. The pharmacy staff do not even try to resolve issues for you. They make it clear that you are just taking up their time.And they don't want to

This is the worst pharmacy in Falcon. They used to be alright, still had a couple of issues before but now they are completely failing. If you have any kind of prescription for controlled substance, do not take it here. They are constantly short staffed, closing out of the blue, take forever to fill prescriptions, "too busy" to fill prescriptions in a timely manner....the issues go on and on. They used to have some decent staff members but half of them there now act like they don't give a crap. I believe it is a much larger issue at a regional or corporate level, related to how they treat their staff, how pharmacies are managed, and their neverending litany of policies and rules. It's ridiculous and it has caused pain for more than one customer.

What does it take to wake up corporate? Surely they see the terrible ratings this store gets. You would think general management or even regional or national corporate management would do something about this!! I recently had an urgent medication called into this pharmacy by mistake. I thought I'd use them anyway. After 24 hours and 20 min. working through their frustrating computer answering device, it said they had no such prescription. Beyond frustrating and beyond a failure!!! Wow!

After waiting 8 hours and multiple calls telling me when to pick it up. I showed up they didn’t fill it told me I was out of luck. My sick daughter didn’t get her medication and no one seemed to care.
