Great Urgent care! It being a small urgent care I was surprised to get in and out as quickly as I did. I think if they adjusted some of their workflows they could patients quicker. George Lopez and Bob are very experienced and are great providers! The front desk Shonda and Quyn are extremely kind. UCT Brynna was very catering and the xray tech had great patient care!

This location definitely deserves a shout out. It was fast, they were kind. Front staff was welcoming. Ive dealt with asthma my whole life and I haven't had an inhaler in a long time and I was recently exposed to asbestos at least i beleieve I was due to the intense asthma attacks that I haven't experienced in years! I came in to be treated they got me treated immediately even though my symptoms had calmed down. They let me vent. They even renewed my prescription for my medicine. Asked me questions in concerns to if there was something deeper going on than just asthma attacks. Just wanted to say big thank you!

Came in as a walk in. I was helped right away. The clinic was clean and smelled sanitized (you know that air cleaner) and I was helped by receptionist Tom and provider Bob and Xray tech Brittany. Honestly I felt welcomed, loved, and accepted. I felt heard and supported. With my busted knee and in pain. This team really went above and beyond.

Usually I have good results with this urgent care, however the last time I went, for knee pain, they said I should wear a brace and fitted one. Turns out that I’ll fitting brace was $340 and retails online for $150. They didn’t disclose the cost and if they had I would have laughed in their faces and walked out. The brace company, BREG, is widely known for price gouging and has many BBB complaints for these poor billing practices. UCHealth should not be participating in practices training are dishonest and place customers in the cross fire of crooked companies like BREG.

I went in for a viral cough I’ve been dealing with. The staff was fantastic. I especially appreciated PAC Rodger Rinehart; he took the time to really listen to my detailed playback of my minor illness. I really appreciated the time he took to understand all the ins and outs of my concerns. Then, at the end, he even asked if I had any further questions. Just an excellent human being.
