Based solely on checking out of the store, Matt had superior customer service skills! Very kind and personable. Especially in a time where it's hard to get attention from staff over their phones, Matt was a breath of fresh air! Great job, kid!

This pharmacy is ridiculous. More frequent than not when I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription they are never ready. They always say that they are waiting for approval from the doctor. The doctor always tells me that they approved it or that they didn't get a request to approve the prescription. Today I go to pick up my son's antibiotics after we went to the doctor. He was up all night has a fever of 103. The pharmacist tells me that there are 60 prescriptions in front of me. Even though I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru and there's nobody else in the pharmacy. She then proceeds to tell me it would be 50 minutes. I asked her if she could just put the water in the antibiotic and shake it up and hand it to me and she told me that I had to wait for the next 60 prescriptions to be c

Have never heard of a Pharmacy closing down on no notice. Very poor management and customer service.

The man I take care of gets his prescriptions filled here. Can’t get him to change nine out of 10 times when I go to pick up his prescriptions they are not ready. I allow extra days even today. They tell me they have to contact the insurance company. I called the refill in on Monday. Why has it taken until Wednesday at 5 PM and they still have not called the insurance company. I have been dealing with pharmacies for over 50 years. This one has to be the worst.

I went here to pick up a prescription for my child. The technician said she would call the name when it was ready because I was waiting in the store for it. The store was not loud and you could hear if any names were called. Patiently waiting about 40 minutes later I went back up to the counter to see how much longer and the prescription was ready. I asked when it was ready and she said about 30 minutes ago! I asked her why she didn't call the name and she said she did. So if you go here I guess you need to wear hearing aids or just stand right by the counter so they will actually tell you when the prescription is ready.
