I've been coming here for years and have always had a good experience with all staff. I'm extremely nearsighted, and when I ordered my sunglasses, the office communicated with me that they thought quality was not very good and they'd send them back to get another pair, for which I appreciated the transparency and also preventing me from having to navigate that situation. I also got my regular glasses here, and they have a good range of frames and lens options. They have a newer retina scanner that I always take advantage of due to a connective tissue disorder. It's rather affordable as well. They no longer take VSP and now have their own insurance in place. I'll absolutely keep coming here.

I've been going here for years and have taken all of my children here. Both Doctors Wilmoth and Carpenter are fantastic, as well as the staff. Recently, I had an emergency after an eye procedure and Dr. Carpenter met me at the office on a Sunday evening to help me out. He definitely went above and beyond. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and will always recommend Fairmont Eye Care to everyone I know.

My 5 year old granddaughter Deasis had her first visit today with Dr Carpenter. Dr Carpenter was the kindest, caring Doctor I have ever met. If anyone has a child with special eye problems, They need to see Dr. Carpenter

Top quality personnel, lenses, frames, and clean as a whistle. The wait was non-existent, the staff was expedient, knowledgeable, and polite; there were plenty of choices for frames; the doctor was very patient & clearly knows what he's doing. This is where I'll be going from now on.
