Majestic Care of Manchin

My mom is a resident and what a wonderful facility, The staff is absolutely amazing and one of the cleanest facilities around. The staff always treats residence like family a very close knit environment, and what a Great activities department they are always entertaining and interacting with the residence. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place long-term for a loved one.

I can't praise John Manchin Center enough. They provided exceptional care for my elderly father-in-law in his final months. The entire staff, from nurses to administrators, treated him like family, showing him overflowing love and compassion. We saw this same level of care extended to all the residents. A bulletin board at the Center states "Our patients don’t live where we work; we work in their home.” These are not simply words—it truly reflects how they care for their patients. We are deeply grateful to every member of their wonderful team.

When I went to the clinic and saw dr. Thompson the first time, I was at a very challenging place in my life, and it manifested in all kinds of ways in my health. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. sadly, this is not something that's happening in all doctors offices these days. I had financial challenges, as well as no Health Care coverage at all. I was taken care of in all of the possible ways patient needs cared for.

If u have no insurance this is a real good place to go to . They base what u pay in your income . It's usually a minimal amount . They offered antibiotics for respiratory infections

I called with questions and the receptionist was extremely rude. Cut me off in mid sentence. Shame on him.
