Walgreens Pharmacy

Have always had great experiences. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and faster service than CVS where I switched from. However, a recent interaction with one pharmacist technician who was annoyed I had secondary insurance and didn't want to run it. Stated I should get out and come inside with my children instead, that the window is not for people that need additional help, only pickup. That if I wanted to just pay full price I could have my medicatio s by window or come back. She took my card and left, telling me to leave. A really negative experience, which resulted in crying children and poor customer service. She probably shouldn't have a job front facing with customers, or work on her professionalism.

I’m writing this review because I feel that they do there job extremely well should be recognized for the wonderful job that they do. I moved to NH in November of 2018. My medical insurance has a contact with Walgreens Pharmacy. I want to point out how hard it is to relocate to a new area and build new relationships. This pharmacy needs to be recognized for top service. The pharmacist always do there best to explain all medications clearly. More importantly there is a tech that works there. Her name is Amy. She does a great job. She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to help me. I am a retired Veteran of the US Army. I am a private contractor for West Point Military Academy. Not with one company But I own 3 companies That have special security clearances to do busine
