I suffered a laceration and was in need of medical attention. I searched for a local urgent care as I was away from home. Glad to have arrived in time to receive great care and treatment promptly. I appreciated the communication through the process and felt calmed by the information.

This company keeps asking for reviews so here it is. I went in for migraines and they said they wouldn't prescribe me anything, since I see neuro they wouldn't give me any migraine meds anyway, and I needed to go to the ER. The ER did nothing but give me meds and send me home. No testing, no neuro exam even just looked in my eyes for 2 seconds and that was it. They have no injectables even toradol at this place. Super expensive day for me for no good reason. They say on their website they treat migraines but they clearly don't. Edited to respond to business: A higher level of care was not needed nor received and no workup was performed at the ER. An urgent care could have provided what I got at the ER. The blanket statement of refusing to treat if I see a specialist is ridiculous because

Most unfriendly staff I’ve ever seen. No greeting, did not introduce themselves, no ID badge on….such poor bedside manner. Would definitely choose elsewhere if we were in need of an urgent care again.

I had an excellent experience at Clear Choice in Epping. Scheduling an appointment online was incredibly easy and user-friendly - within minutes I had a confirmed time that fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time; I was seen promptly and felt the process was both efficient and respectful of my time. The medical staff provided a thorough examination and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or overlooked. They explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly, making sure I understood each step. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone seeking prompt, attentive, and thoughtful medical care.

I am updating this review and changing it from a 1 to a 4 star. As in response to my review below, they reached out to me and corrected the situation. They provided the service at the location where the physical was performed per my expectation. I apologize for not revising the review in a more timely fashion. I needed a physical for DOT. They required payment up front. The physical itself took minutes. It was not crowed in their facility, yet I was in there for over an hour and half, mostly sitting alone in an exam room. All good? Nope, last minute I was told they could not issue the card unless I provided compliance verification for use of a medical record. I have 45 days to get it, "bring it back to this facility" (the one I paid at!) and they would complete the process. To this point,
