The pharmacy has always been horrible, and i always have problems. Lately i have started going in and sitting there waiting until my medications are ready because otherwise they won't be ready for days, but today i was told that they are too busy and i can't even wait for my prescription, i will have to come back in a few hours. This is after i had to wait a day for the prescription that i get every single month to even come in. I live in the country and it is a 20 minute drive each way. I called customer service to see if there is anything i can do, but they said if the store manager won't help me then i am just screwed but that they have NEVER heard of a pharmacy not accepting waiters. It is clearly time for me to find a new pharmacy

Don't fill your prescriptions here. Even my doctor advised me to use a different pharmacy. They don't receive prescriptions 50% of the time. The drive thru averages 15 minutes per car (on there best day). The line inside is usually just as long. Unless you enjoy spending an hour picking up a prescription avoid this place. They are way under staffed. I feel bad for the employees working here who are generally helpful and friendly.

I am from out of state and needed a medication filled while here in MD. My doctor sent the script to the pharmacy, and just a couple of hours later, it was ready. Everybody working in the pharmacy was polite and helpful.
