Business hours state 08-5p. Three times I have to drive over to find the door locked. This time people inside chitchatting. Calling customer support -business hours are 08-5p. That means exactly that. Was told we leave after the last patient. So any patient that comes to drop off or pick up something gets a surprise! A locked door and no help. Again. Change your sign. 08-??? So people don’t depend on you to be there until 5p. Patients are expected to be on time—so are YOU. Sending you a bill for MY TIME.

When to Clearway Pain Solutions today for a consolation. To see if they would be able to help me with my back pain I was truly impressed with their check in progress. A little was paper and pen. All the rest was on a tablet with mostly multiple choice questions. The Doctor I met with ( sorry missed his name). Was very thorough ,professional and polite. He went through all my paperwork and asked a lot of good questions. Unfortunately they were unable to help me do the the amount of medications I take. I sorry it didn't work for me. But from what I saw today, I would highly recommend them to other. They did give me a list of Doctor's that may fit may needs better.

Dr Mcpeak is the best Dr he listens to everything he explains everything. Also very knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk , and in the back are very nice . The office is clean very well kept . Rooms are clean no long waits.

Shamira at the elkton office should get a raise. Absolutely fantastic, went out of her way to help us with an issue we had been dealing for 3 weeks and was happy to do it. You need something done.. let her know. This office is lucky to have a kind, competent and helpful person working for them. THANK YOU!!!

Extremely poor communication and service from Shamera. I arrived for my scheduled 2:50 appointment at 2:30, which aligned with the email instructions stating to arrive 10 minutes early. None of the email communication indicated that I was required to arrive 40 to 45 minutes prior. During check in, I was immediately told my appointment had been canceled and would need to be rescheduled because I was supposed to arrive at 2:10. I was told a text message had been sent, but as a new patient, this should have warranted a phone call, especially since the written appointment instructions contradicted this requirement. At no point when the appointment was scheduled was I informed that I needed to arrive by 2:10. I was only told the appointment time was 2:50. The lack of clear and consistent comm
