Walgreens Pharmacy

Needed an immediate tetanus shot. Got it in just a few minutes. In general everything about this Walgreens is great, esp the excellent staff and the hours!

Great pharmacy and friendly staff. Store always has what I need. Lots or cards and gift cards and photo services. You can also return small FedEx packages.

This place is out of control. No one answers the phone, and apparently they don't check the voicemail either. My doctor called in a script for me at 10:45am...had to leave it in voicemail. I called at 2pm, waited on hold for 30 min, and was told there was no script ready for me. My doctor called back at 6pm, and was on hold until 6:40, so she hung up. She called back in and left the script in voicemail. I came in at 6:50pm, and told them there are voicemails they need to check. They said the pharmacist will get to it shortly. It is now 8:12pm and I just got my script. Never again. Do yourself a favor and send your scripts to Hannaford right next door. They seem to have it together.

They didn't have my prescription, didn't contact me, then didn't transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that could fill it. Also, calling on the phone line took a long time.

I have been on hold for 13 minutes then hung up on. I called back and have now been on hold for 53 minutes! I could tell that their line was ringing and they continued to place me on involuntary hold for another 15 minutes, only to be disconnected AGAIN!
