Customer Reviews
They've been our pharmacy for over 20 years. They are efficient and helpful. I also get my flu & other booster shots from there yearly. Very convenient & easy. Pleasant Service, too!!
Absolutely the most horrible pharmacy I have EVER been to! The first person, Roxanne thatI spoke to was very rude and ignorant. I asked if my prescription had been completely filled yet and she started with a very bad attitude saying that I got 15 without any refills and will need to call my doctor for the remainder. I said what??? My doctor sent in a prescription for 30 days not 7.5! She said let me look and then put me on hold to talk to the pharmacist for 10 minutes. So instead of politely saying let me check instead of immediately stating that I needed to call my doctor at 7pm to get the remaining 45?? She tells me that she doesn't know what my Dr and I have for an agreement? The agreement is to give me 60/month! I couldn't believe what I was going through just for my prescription.
I am 68 with Medicare and a secondary insurance. I went in for a flu shot. Pharmacist claims I have don't have Medicare and my secondary insurance won't cover the flu shot because I have Medicare. She told me I had to pay the $60. For the shot. I am warning other Seniors Do Not go there for shots. She was rude. Never came out to let me know until 1:30 and I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 then tried to tell me I had to pay. Needless to say I am filing a complaint with Medicare.
Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when you get there even if you call at 9 am. I had my prescription transferred here only a couple weeks ago in hopes it would be better. Already ready to switch back to the old one. Employees are rude and always in bad moods. All around horrible pharmacy I do not recommend it. Go anywhere else
I was discharged from a hospital cardiac ward with the explicit instructions to start a heart arrhythmia medication. I called my usual pharmacy to see if they had my prescription. They told me they had but failed to inform me that they did not have the medication. I then called Hannaford Pharmacy in Hampstead and talked to Rachel Porter. She was more than helpful and was determined to fill my prescription. Thanks for the help. I am sure she would be as helpful to everyone.
