Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable. Take great care with patients (like me) who have allergies. Also go the extra mile to get authorizations on medications that may not be covered (also me) which saves me $15 on one prescription every month.

I love Walgreens for everything from cold medications to snacks. Always have great service. Love the one in Dewitt, Michigan.

Rachelle was spot on with adjusting my med refill and showed cheerful, yes cheerful, customer service.

I think I’ve had one experience coming here where my prescription was actually ready. Every other time it’s not ready and I have to come back. Was told today it would be ready by 1:30. I call at 2 and surprise surprise. So I told them I’m not going to be back on this side of town until tomorrow. Oh it’ll be ready for sure by tomorrow! No I want it now please? So then she says so you want it expedited time? No I want it at the time you said it would be ready! I have honestly never had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy and will be transferring all of my prescriptions back to Meijer where I never had an issue and they were always ready in a timely fashion.

genuinely wish I could give zero or negative stars. I've been using walgreens for 5+ years and it get worse every single time I fill a prescription. I've never been to a walgreens location that knows what theyre doing. always out of everything that I am prescribed
