DeWitt Family Dental

I accidentally parked there looking for a makeup and skincare office. An older gentleman came out was extremely rude to me for a small mistake of misdirection. Hope this isn't a reflection of how they treat someone. Being polite cost absolutely nothing.

I am disappointed to not see anything other than a 5 star for DeWitt Family Dental. I have tmj and a small pallette and a very sensitive gag reflux so it's very uncomfortable for me to go to the dentist. I adore Dr. Fedewa and all of his staff! It's a casual environment and you can tell that it's genuinely a nice work environment and all the staff seem happy to work there. Dr. Fedewa is knowledgeable, down to earth, genuine, and he is fantastic at his job. He explains everything he is doing in great detail. He takes time to listen and explain what he is doing. I have mad respect for a doctor that turns away a patient that might not be a good fit... or that is humble enough to understand that it's impossible to please all. Thank you for being the best Dr. Fedewa!

I had positive experiences my first few visits. Unfortunately, at my last visit when I attempted to discuss my negative experience with the endodontist they referred me to Dr Fedewa became extremely defensive and confrontational. He then refused to continue my treatment in progress and told me they would no longer treat me at the clinic. His behavior was frankly shocking and incredibly unprofessional. I was actually told that my opinion was irrelevant because I lacked a specialist degree in dentistry. He then advised me to go to Ann Arbor for treatment at the University. For routine dental care. Instead I will be going to a local provider who is confident and compassionate enough to handle having an adult conversation with another medical professional about treatment plans. Considering the

I am a patient: Dr. Fedewa and his staff put patient care and consideration above anything else. Dr. Fedewa uses some of the latest technology to provide the best care for the patient. Even without the latest technology his skill level and knowledge of dental sciences far exceed many of the dentist I have been to and worked for in the past. In my humble opinion there is none better. The hygienists are friendly gentle and detail oriented. The entire practice is a well-oiled machine!
