Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff is poorly trained and slow. They will lie straight to your face. I asked for the status of my prescription at noon and they "just got it" I asked again at 3pm, they "just got it" When I called them out on the lie, they stood by it. No guilt, no shame, just wanted me out of the line to deny someone else medication.

After months of not having my prescriptions filled at a large pharmacy, I decided to give it a shot. When I called to check on the status of my daughter's asthma meds, I was informed that one was not covered by insurance. I explained that the doctor told me that she wrote the prescription to include "equivalents" in case insurance covered a different brand during our appointment. The pharmacists reply was, "If I could write scripts, what is the point of a doctor". I get everyone has bad days, but how is this an accepted reply when you are met with no confrontation or challenge and a simple statement that was made by the perscribing doctor themselves. I will be sticking with my local pharmacy, and hoping that customer service and decency one day returns.

Very rude lady that just answered the phone. Told her I had to cancel my prescriptions because they were called into the wrong pharmacy. The other pharmacy couldn't approve my insurance with them at the wrong place. She told me the price of the prescriptions and I said I didn't need price, I needed them canceled. She said you said your insurance wouldn't pay for them. I repeated what I said the first time and that I didn't live in Denton anymore and she rudely said I canceled them and hung up.

The women I talked to was very rude. Not helpful at all
