Upstate Physical Therapy

I went to Upstate for both of my knee replacements. My surgeon can't believe the progress and final result due to Upstate. Both strength and flexibility are outstanding. The staff is outstanding - friendly, knowledgable and cooperative. PT is always hard but they make it fun and enjoyable. Strongly recommend them for any type of PT.

Upstate physical therapy is by far the best practice in town. I have had chronic pain for the last 15 years, experiencing a fair amount of medical trauma from dealing with staff who couldn't care less about you as a person. This was not the case with Upstate Physical Therapy. Matt, the head physical therapist, evaluated me, listened to my concerns, and talked about treatment plans. He takes time to build a strong patient relationship, ensuring each patient is doing good and exercises are still effective throughout their treatment; the rest of the staff is amazing as well. Jordan, the front desk/ booking manager, is very kind and funny; he never fails to put a smile on my face. The physical therapy assistants are very kind and compassionate. I dealt with chronic back pain for over 7 years. I'd been two other physical therapists in the past with not great results. This team really got to know me and put together a great plan to help me recover. I thought it was over for me until I met them. Upstate Physical Therapy truly stands out for its amazing staff who not only provide excellent care but also build genuine relationships with their patients. Their personalized approach makes you feel supported every step of the way. One standout feature is their shock therapy treatment, available for an additional charge, which is absolutely incredible. I have plantar fasciitis, and after trying this therapy, I experienced immediate and lasting relief for days. Matthew and the entire team are exceptional in their professionalism and kindness, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Upstate PT is amazing. Everyone is so kind and very attentive to your needs. You are never stuck in the corner struggling with some exercise by your self. You are always under the watchful eye of a therapist or assistant. They support your form, keep count of reps and holding times so you are free to focus on the exercise. Best of all they offer encouragement for your progress and constantly monitor you to keep your growth and comfort in balance. They care about you as a whole person. Unfortunately, I have had lots of experience with PT and I know you won’t find a better clinic in Denton!
