Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff at this pharmacy routinely closes before closing time. I’m sure on their applications to become pharmacists they claimed they want to become pharmacists to ‘help people’ but by their routine actions show they only care about money and not the patients. If you have the brains to close early, you have the brains to know you’re screwing over any customer / patient who comes in trusting the pharmacy is open until the posted hours. I even called in advance to ask if they were going to close the window early knowing I was going to come in the 10 minutes prior, but of course like every automated call system, it’s strategically set up to take you in endless loops so you can’t speak to an actual human. Upon arrival, the male staff member simple said ‘Oh. OK’ in response to the issue.

The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. They repeatedly told me my prescription would be ready, or that it was ordered and would be ready the next day, and then it would disappear. They did this every day for a week straight before I transferred it to a different Walgreens. Three of the staff lied to me, they all said they’d personally take care of it & call me back but none of them did. One of them even claimed to be the manager when she wasn’t. Complete garbage.

GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!! Go to ANY other pharmacy if you can. Prescription is never ready when they say it is. Minimum 25 minute wait. Staff is slow and disorganized. Would give 0 stars if possible

Waited over an hour for medication pick up even after it was confirmed ready.

Is the slowest pharmacy i have ever been in . Need new help . Waited 20 minutes for my medicine 😡
