Walgreens Pharmacy

They have this new kiosk system to pick up a prescription or talk to someone in the pharmacy. So you put in your phone number and sit down. Seems like this was a way to not have so many employees on… You can count for 15-30 minute wait. Will not continue with Walgreens pharmacy moving forward suggest you do the same

Worst customer service Ever!!! Not that they have to smile, shake hands, and kiss babies, but at least be KIND!! I dropped off my 3 Rx's at 845pm after leaving the ER with my 8 year old. I chose this location because it is 8 min from the hospital and I called prior to coming to assure they take my insurance and that it wasn't too late to come. Once arrived, I was told it would be 30 minutes and that I would receive a text. I opted in to receive the text notification and received confirmation that I was set. By 950 I had not received a text and went inside only to be greeted by the rudest, unpolite, mean pharmacist I have ever met!! Adam Lewis! Terrible customer service. I had to come back 3 times for insulin because they kept telling me it was in stock over the phone and saying that it wasn’t when I got to the pharmacy. If you value your sanity or your time, stay away!

We switched from the Pharmacy across the street a few years ago. The Pharmacy at Walgreens Forest are pleasant and efficient in spite of high demand. There's always a line at the Pharmacy but the operation is managed well. Staff tries hard to deliver excellent customer service to their patients which isn't easy when people are sick and some are darn right cranky. Theie positive attitude makes a big difference.

Have to check in at a kiosk just to pick up a prescription. Horrible, and very hard for older folks to understand / navigate. Easily enough to send me to CVS.
