Walgreens Pharmacy

I visited on May 9, 2025 around 12:30pm. The lady at the front desk argues with you on whether you swiped your credit card with your purchase or not. I had to enter my Walgreens membership card # twice and swipe my card twice. I'm suspecting that she's mistakingly cancelling the transaction and tries to blame you by saying: "You took your card out too early" very sharply. I also saw her do this to another customer. This is the ONLY rep that I have this issue with. The other reps handle my purchases with absolutely no problem. This is a failutre of management to allow this type of employee to even attend to paying customers. Read the Yelp reviews about the Walgreens pharmacy in Cranford, NJ. I have zero trust in this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is sarcastic and insulting, from the technicians all the way to the pharmacist in charge. They have a habit of sarcastically laughing you out of there and making you feel like a criminal for asking a question. Eric is absolutely the worst and most ignorant person I've spoken to there, he even had the audacity to refuse to let me speak to the pharmacist several times. They still let him answer the phones and speak to patients in the most condescending of ways possible. This pharmacy has improved so dramatically in the past few years! I used to dread coming here to pick up a prescription. Now, I am treated with excellent customer service by the entire pharmacy staff every time. Just today, I (accidentally) came in 3 minutes before closing and the pharmacist was still willing to give me a vaccination shot. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy in Cranford!

Easily the worst pharmacy on earth. Had a vaccine appointment for 10:30 am; over an hour later- still waiting. Zero updates or communication.
