One of the most fortunate moments in my life was meeting Scott Gander professionally. A fresh Post-Op with extensive spinal surgery (L1 to S2 fractures and herniations), I was completely unable to walk. Scott was professional and extremely reassuring. Via a well thought out and researched plan, Scott initiated his treatment. I was a very challenging case, but Scott persisted... never giving up. Months later, I was again walking. I’ve been coming to Scott and ProTouch for years whenever I’ve had an injury, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my recovery. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but also very patient and encouraging, which makes a huge difference when you’re working through recovery. What I really appreciate is how he makes the whole process feel positive—you never leave feeling discouraged, only supported and reassured that you’re moving in the right direction. Thanks to his care, I’ve always been able to get back to my normal activities with confidence. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who truly goes above and beyond and genuinely cares for all his patients, I can’t recommend him enough—he’s simply the best.

Having suffered for years with various neurological/pain disorders like CRPS, trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disorder; gastro issues like gastroparesis, IBS, Interstitial cystitis... My list goes on... Zarina at ProTouch came to my rescue just when began to loose hope of ever having a pain free day again. Her knowledge of the anatomy and how EVERYTHING is connected and treating me accordingly has made all the difference in the world. I travel over an hour each way for my appointments and it is totally worth it. I couldn't recommend ProTouch and Zarina any better.

All staff members at ProTouch are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They do a great job with creating a welcoming environment to rehab in. Before my first pelvic floor therapy appointment with Nicolette, I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect; however, I quickly felt at ease in her care and became comfortable talking about such a personal topic with her.
