Walgreens Pharmacy

Got discharged from Oschner today and by the time I drove 10 blocks to Walgreens, all my prescriptions were filled and ready., What great service !!!!!

Although I had to speak with no less than 4 different people each time I called, everyone worked together to help fix my insurance issue so I could get my RX. Jen, the manager, went above and beyond getting it done. Thanks Jen and team!

The pharmacy manager was rude and violated my HIPAA rights. Everything she discussed about diagnosis, problems with billing, and my information on file should have been handled in a private setting, not in front of the the at least 6 other people waiting inline. Jennifer(the manager) was hostile and made me feel uncomfortable and even a little threatened. Until that day I have always had positive experiences there, but she was extremely unprofessional.

This is an extremely busy drugstore. I love the people who work there, but I hate the long wait.

Always a long slow line, always some kind of mistake with the rx.
