Can't say enough good about Matt and staff. It is quite refreshing to find someone in this day and age that has a personal connection and understanding of what is going on in customers lives, and the Downtown staff excels at this!

They are amazing! Everyone is so nice and it's so quick. Their online payment system is so convient.

I have nothing but enormous praise for this little downtown pharmacy. They are always kind and attentive. They know your name when you walk in and couldn't be more helpful. Prescriptions are filled quickly and, sometimes on the spot, if needed. Ive had trouble at bigger pharmacies with sourcing and supplying some of my medications. This has never once been a worry of mine at Downtown Drugs since I switched. I'd never go back to Walgreens or any other chain pharmacy after the amazing experience I've had here. They also host a wonderful selection of local goods I love to peruse! Supporting local means a lot more when the real people who care about what they do, support you too.
