AVALA Hospital

What a very nice hospital. I have had three different outpatient procedures and was very satisfied. Now have had overnight stay for a more serious medical procedure and the hospital was exceptional. Felt like the attentiveness of a luxury cruise with plenty of staff to patient ratio who are each committed to your care, comfort and health. Really amazing standard of care. Thank you to all.

My experience with Avala Hospital was outstanding. I really enjoyed the experience and staff. Everyone I encountered were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of me from the time I walked in till the time I left. What I really liked about the Hospital was that it was not crowded, and was very quiet and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and will definitely use again if needed. Special shout out to my Nurses Sarah and Trevor. They were very nice, friendly and made you feel at home. From start to finish, my care was quick, effective and truly top-notch! Dr. Richard Robertson and Dr. Sean-Michael Rider both heard my complaints, responded quickly and gave me what I needed to get back to life! Their staff was caring, engaging and made me feel like family. If all healthcare was this quality, we would see a lot less frustration, and more people enjoying their optimized function! I am only one day out of surgery, but I am almost pain-free and doing well. The entire experience was perfect. Everyone was nice from the nurses to the anesthetist and the surgeon. I was super impressed with the overall experience.

Very nice facility. Every employee had a smile to share or a kind word. The nurses were professional and competent while being compassionate. The meals were delicious. Auxiliary staff such as PT , Respiratory and Radiology were also all excellent. My physician, Dr Schumacher, is very gentle, caring and competent.
