Walgreens on highway 278 can't seem to get prescriptions in and they don't seem to follow up to let anyone know the problem. Trying to get insulin I ordered over a week ago this means so much never came in when I called today. It may come in Monday I've been told. When I asked to talk to the pharmacist her concern was that I didn't need to talk to her I could talk to anyone else because she was busy. My concern was where was my prescription? I was running out and very concerned. This isn't the first time this pharmacy couldn't get my prescription in for insulin. And insulin is not cheap. The pharmacist said that someone was supposed to follow up with me regarding this issue and never did. This is supposed to be an automatic renewal but it never has been. The wait time at this pharmacy is unreasonable! I pre-paid my prescription and got here 20 minutes before their opening time, 45 minutes later the pharmacy window is still closed, no one answers the phone, and the line would be longer if several people had not left after waiting too long.

They could use more help always a line of folks wanting to get there medicine but the employee's are always pleasant when you get to the register.
