I love this place & the staff is amazing!! Definitely recommend!

This place is under new ownership. The employees answering the phone are rude and not really even trying to help the patient. BCBS is no longer covered and they didn't bother to tell anyone. I had to call my insurer to find out it was being billed under a different company name that was no longer in network. Salem said they tried to get authorization 13 times, but never bothered to call me once to let me know that my refills would not be filled. Keith called and tried very hard to remedy the situation, by transferring me to a sister pharmacy that eventually was able to get my Rx handled. I appreciate the effort he made as well as Old Nat pharmacy for working hard to get my needs met and dealing with my ongoing insurance battle and unresponsive doctor's office.

5 stars just isn’t enough. Everyone who works in this building is so welcoming. They care about their customers on a personal level & do everything they can to accommodate their needs. Thank you Salem Pharmacy for everything y’all have done for me this past year! I wouldn’t have been able to get through my pregnancy without your staff. I couldn’t be more thankful. You will not be disappointed going to Salem Pharmacy. 11/10 !!!

I am big on excellent customer service & professionalism. I am proud to say that Salem Pharmacy has exceeded my expectations! My husband has his prescriptions filled here & I'm confident that this where is prescriptions will remain. Thankyou for all you do for the community. The little things like recognizing faces, calling customers by their names & going above & beyond means more than ever!!

My family and I have used Salem Pharmacy on a number of occasions over the last 7 months. They are always professional and courteous. They have always had on hand the correct medication prescribed for us and have it prepared in a timely manner. The larger pharmacies both independent or chain pharmacies always take hours to prepare or are out of what have needed. Not Salem. We highly recommended them.
