Walgreens Pharmacy

In from out of town and sent my RX here. Almost regretted it after reading the reviews but I had zero problems with them. I called first to check on the status and the phone was answered promptly and politely. Showed up to pick up the RX and it was a well oiled machine. It’s a busy pharmacy and these folks are working their behinds off. A little grace goes a long way.

Terrible pharmacy, I waited over 10 minutes, repeatedly put on hold and not able to speak with anyone, when I did finally connect with someone they didn’t have my prescription filled after nearly 2 weeks of me waiting. Mind you the prescription I am waiting for needs to be taken once a week so I’m behind 2 weeks on my prescription, definitely don’t recommend getting your prescription from this location. If I could rate this place in the negatives I would do so immediately…..update from dec 11, tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and fill my prescription ahead of time, and they left me on hold for 20 min, they kept just picking the phone up, not saying anything and then placing it back on hold, why do that? Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I know about them closing for lunch on Saturdays from 1:30-2:00. I got there there was no line it was about 1:20 and I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and was completely ignored, no lines inside both the girls behind the counter came over and looked at me and walked away. So I hurried inside to get my wife's medicine.They closed the gates and told me they were going to lunch. I didnt get mad cause I had some free time to kill. no big deal. I spent 30 minutes playing games on my phone. Awesome. Then they came back and I got up to stand at the front of the line cause I was there before anyone else and they told me that I needed to sign in at the kiosk, sit down and wait my turn. Well I went to the drive thru pharmacy the day after Labor Day holiday at 8:19 at night and it took 23 minutes to service the two cars in front of me but then comes my turn and they decided to shut the drive thru down early. 18 minutes to be exact. Just so yall know people do go by your advertised store hours. Get better.

Two days in a row they told us medication would be done by a certain time just for it to not be ready and then they close. My 1 year old will can’t get his medicine because this place can’t stick to the times they set.
