Integrity Urgent Care

With the exception of the registration girl the clinic was very friendly and helpful. We had a little wait but being a holiday weekend and flu season it was expected. Once I got to the back the nurse and Dr were wonderful and caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me and got me out quickly.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bradshaw. Long story, but he ended up sending us on to Cook Children’s for further evaluation. He cared so much, he called a few days later to check on my daughter and see what the ER had said. He was very attentive to details, truly cared about her situation and was so respectful. He made sure I felt validated in my concerns and we even discussed next steps for her when he called.

Never go to dr unless I am really sick and feel really bad. Called Integrity Cleburne on 1/9 at about noon to check on how long the wait would be for walk ins. Lady told me it would be better to make an appt and not have to wait. Made appt and arrived at 2:20. Didnt see anyone until 4:40 pm. With someone for 5 minutes. No flu - no Covid. No antibiotics. Still sick. This place has gone down hill and neither I nor my family will ever go back again. Absolutely horrible! Dont waste your time or money.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that the wait time was long even though I had booked an appointment online and checked in before leaving home. It was Christmas Eve morning and there were only a few cars in the lot. Once in a room, the back office staff and provider were wonderful. They were kind, friendly and listened to what I had to say. I left with a prescription that has already started helping me feel better.

Scheduled appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of my time! Check in process was year friendly! New staff, great service! Very friendly and thorough with service! Found out David is no longer there which made me sad! He was amazing!
