Walgreens Pharmacy

Used to be pretty good - but now, it takes days for prescription refills - even meds you may "need" for health. Very un-helpful if they are out of a medication - they actually told me I could call other Walgreens to see if they had any. Seriously? shouldn't they do that for the customers? Just not great but they are close to being a monopoly, depending where you live - so it sucks, but need to stay with them

Excellent staff, quick courteous service, I'm glad I switched my prescriptions to Walgreens. Update: I've changed my mind. They are very busy and you can expect to wait over a day for even a simple prescription. I've moved to a local pharmacy

I usually have good experiences at Walgreens, but I was very disappointed with the service at the Clarence location recently. The Asian woman working at the drive-thru (no name tag) was rude and kept talking over me while I was trying to explain something. She didn’t seem patient or willing to listen, and it made the whole experience really uncomfortable. I ended up going to the Walgreens on Greiner Rd instead, where the staff were much more polite and respectful. I hope the Clarence location takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I was here yesterday and the cashier has a terrible attitude

As long as you dont have to call the pharmacy, they are good as gold. Super fast drive thru with such nice staff.
