Edit: my concerns were fully addressed and I was contacted by the social worker Elizabeth (wonderful lady) and the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing. I appreciate the speedy response. Thank you! I do not like this facility!!!! My father has been here since February 10th and the staff is horrible! No bedside manner, no updates, joke around at the nurse’s station all day doing nothing. There is not team work on the units. I worked as a nurse for years and my past charge nurses would not have allowed this craziness that goes on here. They don’t change patients who are hoyer lifts or immobile on time or turn them in bed. No one has manners it can look you in the eye either. I now have been on hold for 25 minutes at the 4 west nurses station and the phone is up and I recorded them ta

This place has poor staffing, not enough aides on the floor to help these poor patients. I have seen many issues that are detrimental to care. The aides do their best but without enough help morale is down. Patients suffer from lack of attention. Call buttons get slow response. I saw patience who fell in floor while waiting for help. No aides watching over 12 patients in hall.

My husband was sent there for rehab after surgery. Horrible experience. Not clean. Thank goodness I was able to be there to care for him. 45 minutes he rang for help in the night. Across from nursing station. Just heard them all night laughing and talking. Not once did they take temp. Blood pressure etc No washcloths. Stained sheets. Had to ask for everything. He had a drain tube…an LPN came in to empty it after we requested her to do this. She came in and ask if I knew how to do this. Thank goodness I did from asking questions What rehab? Still waiting for that answer He had to have a TB test. I said really he just had surgery and tons of bloodwork There is much more here but not enough space to write it all I’m not usually a complainer. But when your loved one needs comfort and care y

My mom is there and poop on bathroom floor was there forv2 days Noone checks on my mom she sat in vomit for over 25 minutes before someone came in I staff member sleeping at the desk while others were all on there phones this is on the 4th floor the level of care is terrible and the rooms are filthy they are letting her hamper overfill and laundry missing this was suppose to be a 5 star but I dont see it for the money they are collecting each month it should not be like this we are there all day and Noone checks on her at all very dissapointed

Awful. Do not bring your family here. Horrible care and service. Left my grandma in a mess while the emergency button had been ringing for like 30 minutes. We had to go get the staff to help and all they were doing was laughing and playing around. Very mad and very upset.
