Walgreens Pharmacy

This is a busy pharmacy but I honestly really appreciated the care I got once I was able to speak to a pharmacy tech. Special shout out to Blanca in the pharmacy. I was trying to get my daughter’s Auvi-q filled and it is so expensive. She tried everything she could to help bring down the costs for me even with a long line of people waiting behind me. Thank you so much, Blanca!

I would have actually given it no Stars but I had to give it one. One the people in the pharmacy are extremely rude... All except the pharmacist and the other young man that worked there. But the women there... Horrible. I don't understand how people have attitudes and they know that people are picking up prescriptions which means somebody isn't feeling well. This is still considered healthcare... You have to have some type of heart for others. Extremely rude, especially the one that says that she is the manager who looks like Reba McEntire. Unprofessional. But Mr.Jonathan who is the main manager....is absolutely wonderful and allowed me to vent and said that he will take care of everything.

I would rather spend a night in jail then pick up a prescription from these people. It was okay up intil about 6 months ago but the place has gone to hell in a handbag. Try calling them and getting to talk to anyone within an hour. The redhead pharmacist doesnt understand time management. Will spend hours with one person while the line wraps around the store and people wait on the phone for hours. The Indian girl with a nose ring is not understanding at all of moving when there is a line, and she is rude. She goes at her own pace. Im done here

The pharmacy is in a high-traffic, highly populated area, aka extremely busy. Not that it's their fault, but don't bother calling this location. They are often too busy or occupied to answer. I waited on the phone for *over* two hours to verify important information, two hours later, and a trip to the store revealed the phone rings constantly and no one is able to pick it up. Ever. If 0 stars was an option I’d choose that. By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The disrespect is next level and they would be better off just closing the pharmacy to save everyone from the hell that it is. They lie to you about prescriptions, they are slower than snails, put you on hold mid sentence, disconnect the line so they don’t have to help you, or close the window on you in the drive thru. They do NOT take prescriptions seriously and don’t care when you need it by. And they don’t fill them until you call and spend over an hour on the phone. Then wait in a drive thru line halfway around the building. Or the line inside that’s the length of an aisle.
