Queen City Primary and Urgent Care

I saw both providers today and they were great. Very attentive to all questions I had and the office was super clean and very welcoming starting from the front all the way to the clinical area. I would give them more stars I’ve I could. I would definitely recommend this place.

As I walked in the door I immediately noticed how clean and well maintained this place is. I was greeted and welcomed by the staff and they got right to work! No long paperwork or forms, just asked me the purpose of my visit and I was in triage in less than 5 minutes. Then the doctor saw me within another 2-3 mins or so. Everyone was very friendly! The doctor was very personable, thorough and communicative. They got me the prescriptions I needed to get on the road to better health. Highly recommend!

This clinic truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and organized, and I didn’t have to wait at all. By far the best clinic I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be coming back. Will recommend people to come here, Dr listen to all my concerns he will for sure be my primary care now!!!

I ended up getting really sick and losing my voice. I went here because the previous urgent care I was going to was not a good experience the last few times. I honestly was not expecting the level of cleanliness, kindness, and courtesy. Everyone was incredibly wonderful, including the doctor. I know me adding a 5 star do much, since they are already at a 5.0 rating with so many reviews (the first time I've ever seen something like that) but I'm so appreciative for all they've done. If I could rate them higher, I would. I would recommend going here to anyone, any day. Thank you for all ya'll do.

It’s interesting how I’m getting calls and voicemails when I leave a one star review, but no calls or voicemails to follow up on the subpar care I received. That, in a nutshell, accurately describes why exactly I left a one star. And don’t say you can’t find me in your system- you know exactly who I am, which is why you called me and left a voicemail today. You’re real quick to call once your ratings have taken a hit, but not so much when it came to making sure I was appropriately taken care of as a patient (which has led to a nightmare that I am now dealing with). Good luck with Google by the way- they only delete reviews when their policies have been violated, and they have not.
