Walgreens Pharmacy

Went in today to get my allergy medicine, which you can only get behind the pharmacy counter, because of some of the ingredients (when you can get a card for it in the aisle where you used to be able to pick it up and take it to the register)...which is all fine and dandy when the pharmacy counter is open. Which of course now it's closed on weekends. Great just great!!! And you can only purchase one package at a time!!! Things are just getting more and more ridiculous!!!! Let's make EVERYTHING AS HARD AS POSSIBLE for the customer!! Walgreens in Charlestown Indiana....NOT AT ALL HAPPY with your location A lot LATELY!!! Either you don't have something we need, your out of something we need, you no longer carry something we used to buy here, OR now pharmacy is closed on weekends!!! Whi

ZERO!! Customer service. ZERO!! customer communication. They have now lost several hundred dollars from me and my insurance company every month. Don't call them. If they don't want to hear your complaint or concern, they'll hang up on you. My business is going elsewhere.

I went in with really bad allergy symptoms but wasnt sure what to get because nothing else was working. They not only listened to me and got me the right medication, they also gave me pointers on things I could eat or drink to also help. Not even an hour later and I feel better then I have in weeks and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so so much!!!
