Zero stars, if it were possible. Amgen handed off fulfillment to these clowns after FedEx ruined a second shipment of temperature sensitive medicine. They sat on an issue with prescription confirmation with the doctor's office for 2 weeks and would have continued until I finally called them to drive the process myself. This pathetic company had no process in place to contact the patient, or quite honestly, do _anything_ when the process gets stuck...just let the patient suffer. Great job, KnippeRx. :(

Had some problems with my Doctors office communicating with Knipperx. So I called myself, and got it straightened out with customer service. They were great!! Just received my meds(next day air)! Im lucky there on my side. I'm blessed. Keep up the outstanding work!!!!

Medication has been out since middle of December. No resolution as to when it will be in stock. Have had 3 escalation forms filled out never got a call back. Been out of medication since first of year. Am now missing work periodically. I have gone so far as to call the manufacturer who isn't calling back either. Why is it so difficult to get a prescription in 2026?

Horrible company. My doctor sends the prescription and they don't do anything with until I call. Staff has horrible attitude. Got hung up on today because I asked if the medication had shipped and the lady had a horrible attitude. On a previous call I had to make because my medication was late, the lady I spoke to kept saying I'm sorry you feel that way instead of apologizing for the delay. They clearly don't care about the patient's illness. They fill prescriptions for a lot of auto immune diseases and they don't seem to know who important it is for us to get our medications on time.

So frustrated with this pharmacy- they told us twice that our medication was shipping overnight and twice it didn’t show up. When we called again they said it is out of stock and never shipped in the first place. Hope we don’t have a major health issue bc we don’t have a necessary medication.
