Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy is terrible. I’ve never seen a group of people move so slowly- they have so many workers and they’re all moving like molasses. It’s bizarre. Even the lead pharmacist is acting like she’s stuck in a time warp. Huge lines when it really shouldn’t even be busy..

Pharmacy always has a problem answering mainly around 8 pm and so on , once they answer they act like they don’t get paid for they’re job and sound annoyed that you even tried ,

Staff was not helpful with my medications, or my pet. I was not informed of prices, but was told to come pick up a prescription for 3,000$. I was verbally told "ma'am you should really pay attention to the names of your medication" when I had dropped it off 5 days prior to be filled. It was not a generic name either , even working in the medical field it was a difficult medication to remember. Once the ran it through my Insurance provider the medicine was 0.00$ I could have been charged three grand if they had not taken a second look into this. It was only done because I requested them to. I do not recommend this Wallgreens especially if you are from out of town.

The pharmacist that runs this Walgreens at night is TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!! I specifically had my Doctor write a note saying *Okay to fill the 14th of January * The Walgreens by my house is very helpful and said that they could fill it. However, the main guy at this location during the night shift needs to get a better attitude! He's always rude!!!

Very thoughtful lady working behind the pharmacy counter. She went above what was normally found in such a position. I hope Walmart pharmacy realizes what a jewel she is. And she had empathy, helpfulness at 1:30 a.m. a rare find in an employee.
