I had called before going down to see if they had a particular medication in stock and I was told that they did. I went down approximately an hour later and I turned in my prescription only to find out that no they don't. And I said to them you ran out back with I just called you an hour ago, and I said you mean to tell me that somebody came in and got the exact same prescription that I phoned you about? And they told me yes. And I find that very hard to believe at least they could have told me that the supply of it was limited and that I needed to get down there quick in order to get it. It takes a lot for me to get out since I'm handicapped at least an hour to get prepared and get in my car and then get to where I'm going. wasted trip for me wasted gas for nothing. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but here I am. I have come to this pharmacy very often especially in the past week. The pharmacist along with the other techs have zero sense of urgency. I completely understand when there is a line of people and if they are busy, but its really bothersome when I am in line and both the girls who are the pharmacy techs are busy talking about getting a dude’s phone number and laughing away. I dont wanna come across as a meanie, but like come on. It makes me and the other people in line feel like we have no importance. Especially when people come in for medication for serious reasons. Seems like there is zero professionalism and the pharmacist lead seems to allow it. There needs to be a balance of having a fun day at work and actually caring to customers

I wish I could give negative stars after the countless issues I have had with this pharmacy. In the span of the last month I have been put on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time while they "check their system" just to be told they can't help. No one at this pharmacy actually listens to the issue you are having. They are inconsistent with the information they provide their clients about medication availability. They are unwilling to listen and provide help to their clients in a meaningful and timely manner. Shortages or not, avoid this location like the plague.

Stay away from this location. They couldn't find my prescription every time when I got there. I gave them a chances but not third time. I got tired and sick that they told me they couldn't find mine. Gave up period!

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 10 years now. They have been through different pharmacists over the years but every single pharmacist that I meet here works with such a kindness and clear information. I highly recommended this place for your prescriptions.
