Walgreens Pharmacy

Trying to get to a human on the phone is impossible! Trying to get confirmation if the pharmacy received prescription order not. Trying to speak to non-rude techs thru drive thru with bad attitudes.... No smiles, nothing, just hateful stares thru the drive thru glass and eyes rolling... They don't even tell you the cost before you pay, they just take your card and charge it! Then don't add your phone number for rewards.... And roll their eyes when you ask them to add the number.

The automated system never syncs with what is actually happening. You wait on hold for ages, transfered from place to place, only to be hung up on three times in a row. This has been happening consistently. Over time, their customer service has gotten worse and worse. They are conveniently located, but I will be changing to another pharmacy.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experience. Please please please I recommend going somewhere else. The lady told me my prescription wasn’t ready at this location and I showed her the text saying it’s ready. She proceeds to tell me I’m wrong even though I showed her the text. We had a back and forth and finally her manager came over and looked me up and found my prescription. She then talked to her manager and I heard her say, do I tell her it’s ready now or in 30mins? Who is Walgreens hiring these days?

Always make me feel like a priority no matter how busy they are.

They work so hard, they get so many medications I don't know how they hold it together, Great work Walgreens keep your head up with all the rude customers...
